Tips On Buying Scaffolding & Its Maintenance

Begin with good footing

Use proper base plate, sills or footers (or in combination) on the solid ground make sure the scaffold is leveled or plumbed well.

Reject Damage Scaffolding

Nowadays the construction activities are going completely mechanized and fast we must have safety check parameters to avoid any accident on site,
The most important parameters of safety check on site as recommended by us are.

We undertake all safety turnkey work on site. Safety Nett Installation / Hard Barraction/ Staircase safety / Covering all ducts and lift openings / First aid Box / Electric Box / Scaffolding Brackets on outer or Building.

Check the scaffolding material props/Cup lock system/ frame scaffolding all must be maintained and in working condition.
Is the scaffolding or shoring material braced well by properly using pipes and couplers for height above 3 mm.
Is the entire outer side of the slab covered with the lifeline or hard barraction, is barraction there in the staircase and all ducts and the openings of lift have to be covered.
Are all the labourers using PP materials? (shoes, Jackets, Belts, & Helmets.)
Mobile services to all must be banned on Upper levels of Building.
Safety Nett to be installed at fixed Intervals by proper brackets.
First-aid Box is mandatory on every floor.
Electric sockets and points to be framed in a proper Electric panel Box.
