Execution & Challenges
Total vertical concrete (Columns / Lift Core Wall / Beams) where done with Aluplex panel i.e., Aluminium Panels with 18 mm Polypropylene sheet Due to these panels we could deliver with speed and high quality finish specially designed beam clamps where used for proper line level of beams. Slab was done with 12 mm ply wood using ISMC 100 x 50 mm & 80 x 40 mm Sq Tube and staging was done by CupLock system. All safety parameters where given Top priority and latest Nett Brackets where used for installation of safety nets. Concreting was done by RMC in entire Concreting High frequency wacker vibrators of 18000 Rpm where used to get foam finish.
