Execution & Challenges
The most challenging task in execution of UNO was access of labor & staff / material handling. A special zig zag ladder was designed taking care of safety parameters. Complete vertical pouring was done using Aluplex Panel form work for speedy work. We were not permitted to use a Tower crane due to busy Dhole Patil Road so the best option we had was to use Advanced light wt. Aluminum shuttering. High frequency Wacker vibrator were used for better finishing. Proper cutting & bending machines were used for processing of steel.
Initially steel was processed at our factory due to lack of space on site for steel yard
